• Logistics: smart dispatch to nearby couriers with ETAs and live order updates.

2. How It Works

• Set your address: we show stores that deliver to you.
• Shop: add items from a store, then checkout for delivery or pickup.
• Track: we coordinate prep and courier hand-off; follow progress to your door.

3. For Customers

• Local selection, transparent fees, and order history.
• Real-time courier updates and support when something goes wrong.
• Healthcare note: OTC information is not medical advice; consult a professional if unsure.

4. For Stores & Pharmacies

• Tools for inventory, pricing, and availability.
• Order manager with prep windows and courier hand-off.
• Weekly payouts and statements.

5. For Couriers

• Flexible earnings (base + distance/time + tips).
• In-app navigation, safety features, and support.
• Requirements: SA ID/permit, licence, roadworthy vehicle/bike, thermal bag.

6. Safety & Quality

• Stores are responsible for product accuracy and safety; we enforce marketplace standards.
• Driver identity checks and performance monitoring.
• Privacy by design under POPIA (see policy).
• Medicine guidance: we list OTC items only; prescriptions are not dispensed online.

7. Fees & Pricing

• Customers see item prices plus delivery/service fees at checkout.
• Stores pay agreed commission and payment processing fees.
• Couriers earn per-delivery with transparent breakdowns.
