Get help with orders, prescriptions, delivery, refunds, and account issues. Operated by MzansiForSho (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No 2024/595329/07).

1) Orders

Open My Orders

2) Prescriptions

  • Upload a clear photo/PDF of your valid script at checkout.
  • Pharmacist may contact you to verify dosage or substitutions.
  • For some items, ID verification may be required at delivery.

3) Delivery & Tracking

You’ll be taken to Order Tracking. If unavailable, check your My Orders page.

4) Refunds

  • Before picking/dispensing: cancel for a full refund.
  • After prep/courier assigned: a reasonable cancellation fee may apply.
  • Missing/incorrect/quality: refund, credit or redelivery based on timing and availability.

5) Account & Login

  • Use “Forgot password” on the login page.
  • Update phone/email/addresses in My Account.
  • To close your account, contact support.

6) Payments

  • Cards and instant EFT (region-dependent).
  • Refunds go to the original method where possible.
  • We don’t store full card numbers (tokenised by processor).

7) Pharmacies & Stores

  • Licence/POPIA compliance required for pharmacy partners.
  • To list your business, see List your business.

8) App & Technical

  • Hard refresh, clear cache, or try another browser.
  • Enable location for accurate ETAs and nearby stores.
  • Still stuck? Report below with screenshots/device details.

9) Report an issue / Request a refund

Don’t include full card numbers or passwords.
