• For pharmacies: valid dispensing/pharmacy licence; OTC items only online.
• Compliance with Medicines & Related Substances Act and POPIA.
• Stable internet + smartphone/tablet for order manager.
• Bank account for payouts.

3) Documents checklist

• CIPC registration (or sole proprietor proof).
• Owner/representative SA ID/passport.
• Proof of address (≤ 3 months).
• Bank letter/statement (≤ 3 months).
• Pharmacy/dispensing licence (if applicable) and local health permits.
• Catalogue & prices (PDF or spreadsheet).
